First back up the Family File (File > Backup Family File) then go to
File > File Maintenance > Check/Repair and run that utility.

Then click on the "Reset" button in the lower right corner of the main
Descendant Narrative window and give the report another try.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, please send an email to
[email protected] or complete the Problem Report Form (on
our website www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Help Center > Report a Problem
*or* by clicking on the "Report a Bug" link in the Support section of
the Legacy Home tab.  We may need to look at your file.
