It appears that you have a blank Individual Information screen open in Legacy. If that is hidden behind the current screen you can try tapping alt to bring it to the front.
If you have more that one monitor make sure both are turned on, the info screen may be on that a monitor which is turned off. Also the hidden screen may be off the visible area of your monitor. Hold alt and press the space bar, a menu will pop up for the screen and one of the options there will be move. Note where that menu appears, it will indicate the side of the monitor where the hidden screen is located. With the move activated use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move that menu location to the middle of your screen. ie. if it appeared on the right side use the left arrow key. Eventually the errant screen will appear so you can position it where you can click on the cancel button.
