I'd have to take a look at the gedcom to see what's in it and if it
was created correctly by the exporting program.. There shouldn't be
any problem importing a gedcom.

If you could email us at [email protected], we'll see
what's going on.

We don't allow attachments to be sent to the LUG list and if you
submit a ticket to our Support email, then we can keep better track of
the issue.
