Depending on what you are trying to do, an option that has worked for me:
Buy GenViewer (only about $20 from http://www.mudcreeksoftware.com/ )
Open the same database in both GenViewer and in Legacy (or open 2
different databases - your choice depending on what you are doing)
GenViewer is read only, so opening the same database in both Legacy and
GenViewer should not cause problems.
GenViewer does not show everything that Legacy shows.
And you have to do an EDIT, COPY TO CLIPBOARD, then paste it into
NOTEPAD, then select what you want to copy/paste into the Legacy
instance - in other words copying something from one person to another
is painful.
BUT - if you are just trying to compare/view stuff, using GenViewer
works pretty good.
