This is pretty easy.  Here's the steps
1) Clear a tag to be used
2) Tag the people you want to export
3) File>Export to Legacy file
4) Give export file a name
5) Select "All records with an individual tag of " and the tag number
6) Start the export
7) Don't assign a source (unless you want to)
8) When export is complete, open the file you exported to
9) Backup the exported Legacy file
10) Attach the backup zip files to an email

Subject: [LegacyUG] ?How to email PART of a Legacy file

Hello to the group. I have a large Legacy file. Can some kind soul tell me how
to email PART of it, specifically the first eight generations? Couldn't find it
in the archives. Kindergarten steps, please. I'm still using the free basic
version. Thank you. Dee in Maryland
