The question is more about what kind of processor your pc has, the amount of RAM and Storage space, and then lastly the size of your file.
Currently my legacy file is 412,264 KB. 215,000 people over 32,000 links for media. and it runs great on a pc running an I5 -3450 CPU @ 3.1 gh, 16GB RAM, and 1 TB data storage.
