If you navigate from a 1/2 child to you, you should see that child’s mother as your wife. Otherwise you should see the preferred wife.
To mark a wife as preferred, you need to do more than just selecting her in the ‘wives of...’ window. You need to click on the ‘Set to Preferred’ button at the bottom left of the window. Make sure there is an asterisk next to her in the ‘P’ column. I had two children with my first wife and the children with the second and third wives are 1/2 children (i.e., I am not the father although I wish I was. They treat me better than mine do.); is this the problem or is it something else entirely?
