There is an MRIN User Id. When you create user id's using MRIN's it is those MRIN user ids that are updated with the MRIN not the person's User Id filled with an MRIN. After all if a person has had multiple marriages there are multiple MRINs for them and Legacy would not know which of those MRINs to use for the person's User ID.
