Ok, I figured out what the problem was. The addresses really were different, I just didn't notice it at first. The original addresses (all churches and cemeteries) had the county in double brackets behind the name. When I imported the new file back into a new copy of the old file it removed the bracketed words. It took a while to fix because I have many cemeteries listed. Clearly I need to find a different way to quickly see what county a cemetery is in.
