On one of my systems I had to go to the Legacy Home tab and click on the Updates link. The link is the word Updates on the Updates box. It then went out and checked for an update.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Legacy updates

I have Legacy both on my laptop with Windows 7 Home Edition and on a netbook with Windows 7 Starter Edition.  Today I accessed my laptop and updated my Legacy to 7.5.0.270.     I use Dropbox and the updated data file then copied to my netbook.  I am unclear why when I looked for the update on that machine I was told that I have the latest build - 7.5.0.219.   It is not an urgent problem but I now cannot access my latest data because it is in the newest format and the netbook is not as up-to-date.   When I access the file with the newest data I am told that the file format isn't compatible (or something similar) and that I can download the updated software from the website.  I could do that but would like to know why the update is not listed on the Windows 7 Starter Edition machine.

Thanks
Kathy Wallace, Ottawa
