Go to the parents view of the said twin, tripplet etc., right click on the
children list number pick menu item "children settings" then highlight the
child you want and change the child status to twin, tripplet, etc. If one of
the choices is not there then click on Add to add a new child status.
currently I have Adopted, Newborn, None, Stillborn, Triplett, Twin, and
Unknown in my Master Child Status List. You can see what you currently have
listed there by going to View>Master Lists>Child Status...

I records those in the Notes for each person.
You can also add an Event (Twin, etc) to each person.
