If, as you imply when you say your censuses are set up individually, you
have not used the predefined census event with "UK census 1881" in the
Description then those custom event names are exported in the GEDCOM as
an EVEN tag with your custom name "UK census 1881" as a subordinate TYPE
tag.

A Census event is exported with the tag CENS. FTAnalyser is probably
looking only for the CENS tag not for the word Census in all areas of
the GEDCOM.
