I just watched the subject webinar (afternoon of 17 September 2013) and the
poll questions were not shown although Thomas referenced one of them. Did you
also sneeze early in the webinar and deleted that part? May I ask what the
questions were and the percentages/numbers for each reply? I am just curious.
