This is the first time I have had any trouble with Legacy deluxe version, I have the latest build, and I am wondering if anyone else has encountered the following please.
1. When I try to generate a Chronology report, the first page report comes up ok, but when I click 'Report' for the final version it won't generate and says it is over a hundred pages, for a simple 17 line report. 2. When I try to generate the Family Picture Tree report and click 'preview' it shows a very small tree with a pile of boxes all on top of each other. 3. I tried to generate a Relationship Calculator report for my husband and one of his 3rd cousins, when I clicked 'print' it said 'run time error 20002 - Lead Error: Invalid bitmap handle. All this has happened since I let it download the latest update, I run Windows 7 on a Dell all in one which is 2 years old. Any help or advice would be really appreciated, I find the info at the link to the technical help extremely daunting !
