  Subject: [LegacyUG] Research Guidance Errors

  Hi All,

Anyone noticed one of the many inconsistencies that appear on the Research
Guidance for and Individual? In England & Wales, prior to 1837, it is uncommon
to have a birth date for a person. Baptism or Christening dates, yes. Birth
  dates, no.

When constructing the time-line for an individual, RG does not take the
baptism
or christening dates of children into account when sorting events. It only
appears to use birth dates. The same probably applies to burial dates when no
actual date of death is known, which is also a distinct probability for
pre-1837
  events in England & Wales.
