Options>Customize>Data Format You may want to use all 5 of the "Apply" buttons. The first 4, set "Initial Caps". The last one just fixes commas without a space after.
The second question after you click Apply is asking if you might have already fixed some of the names and want to bypass those that upper and lower case.
