There was an older post with this thread saying that legacy was using the same 
people to create the code for version 8 that created the Obama care website 
implying it would not be released without bugs.  In reply to a statement about 
hoping legacy ver 8 would not have bugs when released. No big deal but it was a 
little political humor there :-). Kathy
