Hi Colette, There is no digest available for this list. There are ways of managing the list mail in your own mailbox if you don't want it cluttering the Inbox - search the archive for terms like "digest" and "filter" (without the quotes) or post to the list it if you want to know more.
If you are not receiving the posts from this list, contact Legacy directly for assistance - it's a common problem on this list these days, and they may be able to help you get it sorted.
