given that my computer clock IS set to the right time (currently 5:05PM where I am) but that Legacy WAS showing the time as 12 hours wrong, but has since corrected itself I now no longer have a problem.
However, first the clock was 15 hours out, then it was 12 hours out, then it was about 6 hours out - now it is showing the correct time. It appears that a few loads and shut downs of the program were needed for it to get in sync with my time zone. And no, I have not changed my own computer clock.
