Hi Pam, The upgrade key won't come from the LUG address. If you are using a filter to direct the list mail away from your Inbox and are using the To: address to identify list mail, the key won't get tied up with the list. It won't have [LegacyUG] in the subject line, either.
Personally, I don't delete any emails from my Gmail account, stored on the Gmail servers (except spam). Gmail provide large mail boxes, and I'm in no danger of running out of space there. I read most of my mail via the Thunderbird program, which downloads a copy to my computer and I do delete a lot of those, but if I accidentally delete something I wanted to keep from Thunderbird, I still have the copy on the Gmail servers. Perhaps you could hold off on deleting the mail you've read until the key arrives, so that you don't delete it accidentally? Maybe set up a folder for the purpose, and move mail there as you read it, so that when you're sure it's safe to delete they're all sitting together - away from other mail - and can be dealt to quickly and easily. Hope this helps. :-) Kind Regards, Wendy Pamela Wile said the following on 28/11/2013 11:14 a.m.: > > Hello, > > I’m patiently waiting for the email with the key for the upgrade.
