I've lost track of whether this particular post has been replied to or
not  (since the list is kinda busy today and I'm getting tired), but if
someone has, I don't think they mentioned if they were sending a copy
directly to the original poster so we knew if he was seeing it too.  I'm
sending this to both the list and to Joseph.

This is a long-standing problem with this mailing list, that some new
subscribers don't receive the mail.  Please contact
[email protected] so they can make whatever adjustment to
your subscription is needed to fix this problem.
