Options > Customize > 8. View 8.4 Short Location Names on Screens
If you want the short locations to be on reports you set that on the report options for whichever report you are working with. I used to have this set to always display short version on each screen, now I just can't find it and some screens show long version others short version. Can anyone please advise?
