If your locations are pretty well standardized 4-position, easiest is

     View->Master Lists->Location

     Option->Expand Contract Location Parts

                You can choose to remove the USA with contract Long and/or
Short Location names

                And then add the United States with expand Long and/or Short
Location names

Otherwise you can try

                Search - > Search/Replace

                Find Where => Lists-Location

                Find What => USA
(or , USA)

                Replacement Text => United States (or , United States)

                How To Find – Probably want to choose Ends With

Probably want to check the “Come Back” option at the botton

When you click on Start

                It will find first occurrence and ask for confirmation, you can
select replace all and it will do that one and the rest without further
confirmations.

You can also repeat for Lists-Location Short, if desired.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Master Locations

Hello: In my Master Location List, most of my United States people are listed
with USA, is there a way to change USA to United States in one fell swoop, or
do I have to do each location individually?

Thanks,

Judith
