This appears to be fixed in the latest release 366 - 11/30/2013.

Hello,
I'm running V8 full version and cant seem to set the alarm properly.
I can set the "Current Alarm Setting" time but the AM/PM keeps reverting to AM,
I need it set to PM but PM wont save.
