You are referring to C:\Program Files x86\Legacy8\_App_Data\Dictionaries\



Listers need to THINK when you see some of these paths

C:\Program Files x86\Legacy8\_App_Data\

are for GLOBAL settings

whereas items in

[My Documents]\Legacy Family Tree\_App_Data\

are specific per User (the MY in MY Documents)


This is something new to Legacy 8 and allows for better security within the
Windows environment


It's a good improvement for the long run, just takes a short learning curve
to get used to .
