Hi Folks, Almost a week ago I paid for my upgrade from Legacy 7 to Legacy 8 and I messed up big time - was trying to do it while I was at work and I got every email address WRONG. I was not surprised I didn't get my customer number etc and decided I'd wait until I had time at home to follow it up properly.
Home is in Ocean Grove, Victoria, Australia. I sent a new email this morning [Saturday morning, Australian time] and within minutes of hitting send the phone rang. It was Kenny from Customer Service - obviously in the USA. Friendly, polite AND understanding - he gave me my new customer number over the phone AND sent copies via email to make sure I could download the new version and get up and running. Now that's what I call Customer Service. Congratulations and Thank You to Legacy / Millennia. Regards ..........
