I too created a new email address. Despite trying to subscribe over and over (abt 40 times), unsubscribe, resubcribe, etc it wouldn't work. Question to support went totally unanswered (unusual in my experience). In the end I have been forced to go back to my old email address and all the spam it gets. :(
