Legacy Charting doesn't use the Ancestor Colors as set in Legacy. You set them in Legacy Charting by clicking on Appearance Color.
Charting still has only 4 colors. I don't know if the programmer will be able to add the same capability that Legacy itself has. Right now his main focus is on getting the final certification for Legacy FamlySearch.
