I use Legacy v8 Deluxe Windows 8 I have always put surnames in Uppercase. I thought that was the proper thing to do. Legacy allows you to specify that this will always happen. But then it will flag a potential problem. This happens regardless of whether you have Uppercase surnames on or off. You can tell Legacy on a case-by-case basis that a particular problem is not a problem, but can I tell it that all uppercase is never a problem? Not even a potential one.
