Have you ever noticed the option on the GEDCOM Import screen to format
names and places? That option tells Legacy to use capitalization rules
so Legacy will format names to Initial caps. Turn that off and Legacy
will not reformat the incoming data.

PS. I am looking at the Version 5.0 GEDCOM import screen as I write this.
