Hi Chuck, I indicated in my previous reply that you can change the settings, and how to get there - did you try it?
To be more precise, hover your cursor/mouse over the red question mark. A box pops up telling you various things, including that "shift-right-click" is what you do to change the settings. That means you hold down the Shift key and then click once with the right-hand mouse button. This brings up the Potential Problems window, which has several tabs. Click on the Gaps tab, and set whatever you want - whether it's a different time gap or not to check at all. Save your changes. You also have the choice, at the point where you've hovered over the red question mark and the information box pops up, to exclude that particular potential problem from this checking regime. To do that is a simple click with the right-hand mouse button. Again, a window appears, this time it is called "Exclude from Potential Problems". Make your selection as you wish, and save. Hope this helps. :-) Kind Regards, Wendy Chuck Schober said the following on 25/12/2013 5:03 p.m.: > There are no dates for three children, yet I get the message. > Seems that there is a default of three years to trigger this message. > Can this be changed? > > > thanks Chuck > > > On Tue, Dec 24, 2013 at 9:01 PM, Wendy Howard <[email protected] > <mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: > > Hi Chuck, > > Why do you think it is false?
