I tried subscribing about a year ago. Waited for a week with no messages, the "Report a problem" address wasn't visible, had no idea who to write to so finally just gave up. Even this time I kept hitting the "click on this link to confirm your subscription" daily for at least a week and got nowhere until I pestered the list with messages.
