Hello, New user of Legacy and the Users Group. A general question – I emailed Legacy Family Tree Support on 01/12/2014 at 2:32 pm. Received a response ( I believe automated) a minute later with a ticket number. I haven’t heard anything since. Should I just be patient and wait or do I need to follow up in some way? Trying to resolve 2 issues on Legacy 8 using Windows 7 64 bit system.
