OK, Jane. On the menu bar at the top of the opening window, click on "My Toolbar" At the right end and the bottom corner of the toolbar there is a small icon. Click on it to open the customize screen. In the window that opens look in the "Available Toolbar Buttons" for the icon labeled "Indiv Chart". Place your cursor on that icon and press and hold the left mouse button and drag the icon to the top bar and release the mouse button. Click OK. Bobby
