For the first time I have a Death Certificate and the Death Registration form for someone.
In the past I called them Death Certificates regardless. But now I have both and have to stop and look at what I am doing. Would the Death Certificate (with minimal information - only Name, Date and Place of Death, Age at Death) be what Source Writer calls "Death Certificate, short form"? Should the Death Registration form be what Source Writer calls "Death Register"?
