Hey Listers, Just a friendly reminder to those millions still using Windows XP.
Windows XP will no longer be supported by M$ after 14 April 2014. For those of you still using this 12 year old operating system (OS) there are things you can do to keep it going for years. There is a very good tutorial on YouTube titled "What you should do to keep using WindowsXP after April 2014". See: youtube dot com/watch?v=kr7ajYZD8CA The author is PuppyLinuxWorld, Steven Holms, a Brit. Mr. Holms also recommends other alternatives such as Windows 7 and various Linux OS distributions. I using am currently using Linux Lite for everything, but Legacy Family Tree, which is not fully compatible with Linux as yet. If you are still using XP and don't plan to change anytime soon, then you need to make sure XP remains safe and secure. Recommend you watch the YouTube video.
