I was going to suggest that you send them a report from your data but since you are using the free version you cannot create a PDF report. You could create the report as an RTF or Text and send them that file.
The format of RTF and text files is not nearly as pretty as the PDF preview but the free version of Legacy does not allow creation of PDF files.
