If you go to Report menu > Other > Source Citations you can set up what you want from the "Include" and "Options " tabs. One of the options is to "Include the source detail File ID". is that what you are looking for?
As a matter of interest the Help File for Source Labels points to a Source Labels report, which does not appear to exist. What is probably intended is to point to the Source Citations report which is one of the "Other" reports. Either the whole Help item and its index should refer to Source Citations Report, or the report title should be changed to Source Labels report. Considering the content of that report, it would make more sense to amend the Help file (8-0545) Boyd On 11/02/2014 2:31 a.m., Jenny M Benson wrote: > On 08/02/2014 14:13, Ellen Hilborn wrote: >> Can anyone tell me why my File ID numbers no longer display in the >> output preview or in the source labels?
