I need to search on a blank field and replace it with ZZZ so those names will sort to the END of the list instead of the top.
I can't make it do it. When I leave the SURNAME field in the FIND box blank, it promptly erases whatever I put in the REPLACE field, whips through them and reports 0 replacements made. What am I doing wrong?
