Open the Potential Problems screen and click on the Gaps tab. Check what value you have in the relevant box. I don't have the boxes ticked to warn about any gaps, but I see that the default seems to be 5 months which is appropriate in every case. You have probably got the box ticked to check for this gap, but got the default value of 5 months. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
