Ed, I had that same problem on another computer, and somebody on the list suggested using another pdf reader, (two years ago, can't remember the pdf reader I used think it was firefox??) that did the trick. Adobe worked fine on one computer, not on the other. It's got to be something in the operating system, but that's how I got it to work. The computer that it wouldn't work on died last summer!!
