Most unprotected PDF files one can copy and paste out of the PDF and into a photo editor and then save that file as a photo.

I just opened them and did a screen capture and saved the screen capture as the same filename.jpg (I use the free irfanview, but there are many options for photo/image software) Now my pics show in (most) reports, and I don't get complaints that the pdf wont open or wasn't avail to be viewed.... never did understand the thought process for using a pdf format for SINGLE images Just my own preferences.
