Hi Kirstin, I will assume that, after installing v8, you 'opened' your old file which converted it to v8, and you have been working with it - and now want to do a backup.
Was your previous file in v7 called "Version7" ?? If so, when the file was converted for use in v8 it will still be called "Version7" unless you have renamed it after conversion. Check the name of the file you are now opening in v8 - it will show at the very top of the Legacy screen. When you do a backup it will use the name of your file and append the date and time. I think you can change the name, but I don't see a reason to do that. I want to identify my backup as just that - a backup of a particular file.
