I don't think this need has been thought about for reports or Family View. Perhaps none of the languages so far used require it.
You can't do it for display on Family View. You can do it for display on Index View and the Name List by having the cursor in the Surname search field. You can do it in Index View and Descendant View and the Child Grid in Family View as you can set up the columns so that the Surname comes before the Given Name. You can set up your Event Sentence Definitions so that the Surname comes before the Given Name when the name is used. You have to edit each sentence using the codes to do that. You must be using very basic reports if you can translate from English to Hungarian using search and replace so you're probably not using Event Sentences. I think you need to put in an enhancement request to include on the Format Tab for reports the option to put Surname before Given Names.
