Legacy v7.5 and v8 have different settings, plus one has a toolbar and the other has a ribbon bar. You can't transfer the settings between the versions.
If you're sticking with the same version of Legacy, the Legacy.usr file is the one that holds all the settings in Options > Customize. and in v8, it would be the Profile.dbm file. You can copy all the usr files from the old computer to the new computer. In v7.5, they're in the c:\Legacy folder. In v8, they're in the Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\usrs folder.
