The way I read the original post, she said she had been sending a *message* to unsubscribe. There is no message sent in that process, so I wondered if she had been doing the right thing. Clearly Mike thought along similar lines and was trying to point her in the right direction and felt some emphasis was required when that information he imparted is in every LUG post.
If Anne has been going to the right web page (as linked at the bottom of every LUG post) and taking the right action to unsubscribe (ie, entering the exact email address with which she is subscribed, making sure the 'Legacy User Group' box is ticked, and selecting the 'Unsubscribe' option before clicking on the 'SEND REQUEST' button) and still not finding herself removed from this list, she should check the notes further down that page and click on the 'click here' link provided for assistance.
