Jenny, I am sorry that I confused you. I do understand what the "load" and "save" buttons in the lower right corner are for. I was attempting to save the report settings so that I could recall them when needed. It didn't work. The Other "save" that I mentioned is in the upper right corner of the window that opens when I click "Color text and boxes". I want to use the "4 line colors".
I must go through the steps outlined in my original post each time I want to run the report instead of simply loading the saved report options. I believe the settings should stick and I believe the saved report options should set the options I want. Neither is happening. Thanks for your interest and help.
