I cannot confirm this. I tried several of the 1891 census formats
(Basic, Microfilm, Database) and the Surety level and date did not
disappear when I used the scroll bar. I even tried using the different
tabs (text/comment, Media and Overrides) but when I returned to the
Detail information tab the data and surety were still there.
