1. Do you have multiple monitors? If so are they all turned on? The edit individual screen may be on a second monitor.
2. Try tapping the Alt Key. The Edit screen may be hidden behind your existing Legacy view. Legacy will only work on one screen at a time and if any active screen is hidden the visible screen will not respond. Tapping Alt may bring this hidden screen to the front. 3. Try tapping Alt-Space bar and look for a menu on one edge of your screen. If you see that the edit individual screen may be located outside the visible area of your Monitor. Select Move from that menu screen then use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the place where the menu appeared toward the centre of your monitor. For example if the menu was on the left edge use the right arrow. Once you see part of the screen you can keep using the arrows to position it where you want. Hit the enter key to stop the move.
