Anyone in the Tree Finder who has a "1" in the count is unlinked.
But the easiest way is to go to Search > Find and click on the Miscellaneous tab and search for unlinked individuals. It's in the bottom section under "Entire Family File". Third item down on the left. I'll send you a screen shot off-list, if you need one.
